Sadé Shakur is a strategic operations leader, cultural strategist, and spatial activist who is deeply passionate about empowering all humans beings with the tools to actualize their full potential. Having worked with a range of leading companies including Google, Pinterest and GM Cruise, she is a proven change-maker with over 7 years of experience in the technology, nonprofit, and the cultural arts sectors. Her personal mission is to lead transformative change for the African Diaspora through healing, resourcing, and community-building.

A central part of the leadership team, she partners with the Lead Cultural Architect & the Creative Operations Stewards to execute the administrative and operational vision of the cooperative. She liaises with key stakeholders, community members, vendors, and organizational partners to meet goals and objectives and maintain organizational excellence. She also works closely with leadership and board members to grow the cooperative and develop systems for smooth growth.
